Even in a 1br/1ba, I probably have enough stuff to account for two people. This was no problem for Nick and Jeff, who did a fantastic job handling everything from a big bulky couch to a very delicate record collection and artwork. They broke down the couch and bed frame and even put them back together in the new place. We went over time, which they communicated very clearly every step of the way that I would incur an additional cost above my original estimate, but I appreciated their dedication to simply getting the job done and providing excellent service. Moving is so stressful (at least IMO), but these guys are true professionals. Craig was awesome with finalizing the details before the move. He realized he had under-quoted us in our original estimate, but admitted his mistake and honored that price anyways. I really feel like honesty and transparency are so hard to find these days, so we really appreciate him! We will definitely use these guys again in future moves!!!

I was very impressed with the timeliness and care that Nick and Shawn took on the first day packing. They were very understanding with my mom who has dementia. Then on the second day I had David and Brian aka (Spider) and they were helpful, caring, patient, and fun to talk to during the process. For a point of reference-- there was another moving company helping another tenant move at the same time as us. David and Donovan started an hour AFTER these other movers, and still finished an hour BEFORE them. They hustled, they didn't cut corners, and they got us into our new place safe and sound. I will definitely be using Gentle Hands for my next move.
